News is the fastest and easiest way to make lots of money.
Keep watching the movies board for posts about projects finally getting a director or signing a star.. Anything of that nature is a generally a good buy, and the cheaper the better. Stay away from the prohibitivelt expensive ones. And of course bad news is an opportunity to go short.
Most people will take their profit and run by the end of the day. You should, too, especially with a small port. Keep moving the money around.
Granted, there are always exceptions, and not every news item is guaranteed money, but overall news is the quickest, easiest, and safest way to build your port, if you have the time to watch the boards.
