It is moving today because of the volume today

Yesterday's volume didn't move the stock b/c the available IPO shares long needed to be reached was not reached. So it didn't move.

The volume since reset is 8mill and that volume has determined the price. Yesterday's longs/shorts have no bearing on the price essentially.
