Check out the league, 'Penny Pinchers'. I just added it.
I think one of the rules necessary is to limit the number of penny stock each player can own, so that not everyone will hold all of the same stocks, and people would have to pick and choose one's they think will go up. People will have to create a new *PENNY account, and only hold penny stock in those accounts. Also no playing the 'EARN H$' games, since that would affect the accounting. I created my elchanPENNY account, hope it doesn't violate the rules.
