1. Increase the shareholding limits for funds (number of share funds a trader may hold). Under current conditions, managing a fund is not worth the time, effort, or aggravation. Not even close.
2. Increase the shareholding limits for funds (number of shares of derivatives and MovieStocks a fund may hold).
3. Clearer rules for derivatives eligibility for funds (which Nominoptions, for example, may a fund hold -- best picture, best screenplay, best director, best actor?).
4. Better system for determining which fund(s) may hold securities with respect to movies that are co-produced, co-distributed, etc.
5. Refund commissions for trades involving ineligible securities (when switching between main and fund portfolios, an occasional misstep occurs).
