Although not spelled out clearly in the HSX Rules, minimum Commission is $.02 on everything under $2.00.

Thus, all $.01 MovieStocks will cost a minimum of $.03. If the Transaction caused the Price to rise to $.02, then the cost would be $.04 with the $.02 Commission added in. If there were multiple Transactions from other HSX Players at about the same time, the Price could be even higher.
