disclaimer: horrorfanatic is a highly uneducated person who nevertheless has done pretty well without understanding any of the mathmatical equations they love tossing around. trust him at your own risk.
rule 1. READ THE RULES, GLOSSARY AND FAQ'S. the first mistake i made. i didnt bother to read. i just started buying.
rule 2. just because its a movie your not interested in seeing, doesnt mean there isnt a ****load of profit in it.
rule 3. DONT PANIC! the stock may be down but dont be to quick to sell it. watch it closely.
rule 4. watch the ticker closely, breaking news can be very profitable.
rule 5. if your interested in a particular movie, watch for news on the internet every day. a single announcement can bump the price up...or drop it.
rule 6. when you dont know what your doing, classic cash, learn and earn and movie mogul are your best friends.
rule 7. keep enough cash available for blockbuster warrants, and movie funds with a good track record. their free money. buy the max.
rule 8. unless your highly expierienced and understand the mathmatical equations, beware of opening weekend warrants, unless its a surefire hit like star wars or the hobbit, otherwise your just flipping a coin.
rule 9. listen to what they say on the forums. you may not understand even half of what they say at first but you WILL learn. the mathmatics are up to you. i never could get them but you might.
