your no jerk & I appreciate your candor remarks - may I say a few things inside...
1st off your understimated me & actually when I provided the Adam Jones BoxOffice twitter breaking news of the release your underhanded me by thinkng I didn't post a link when requested by a member on hsx - actually I did, its inside - I just wrote below & should of wrote inside - there's a link there you can check...Trying to show I don't know what I'm doing on here or something...I make mistakes I can live with it, I'm humble+have humility to manup and apologize or recognize & correct a mistake I make as I'm am still learning stategies on here...
The SciFi fund - I reached out to him on here in a friendly, competitive spirit and joked around about dueling with him if I ever manage a fund & stated twice I wish him the best & I wish his fund to prosper...I invested into his fund originally becuase I liked the concept of what the fund standed for & the types of films it should be attracted to. I should of done my homework and reviewed his holdings before diving in - I looked at his position after entering his fund & was very dissappointed with some of his positions held short - this is natural - your not going to agree with all of a fund managers decisions...SO I called him out on it hoping he would change his mind on it, looking at his positions now - he has no position on Ex Machina? Anyways, I prefer to manage my own positions from that experience, I have conviction and I'll rather take the risk on a position than let someone else do that for me... and once again FOR THE RECORD I WISH THE SCIFI FUND PROSPERITY! but whats wrong with a little good natured competition and criticism - it only makes this game more fun...
Another thing you want me to change my name...Well, I'll be diplomatic and remain silent but I think you know what I'd like to say to you there...It's actually a finger I'm holding up right now! I don't hide from who I am...I post things cause it's fun & I'm curious & I wasnt to be engaging & I want to break news & participate in here, I'm not a passive investor or passive characteristic...I like raising hell in good spirits - So NO I'm NOT going to reset and change my name - If I said something I said it and I'll live up to it period...I like learning through trial and tribulations, I like to make mistakes and learn from them, I'm an active players, a sincere passionate film fan & involved with the indie film world and that's that...You get what you get with me...NO I'M NO POLITiCIAN PAL! You won't know where you stand with me, it's quite the opposite! I've pissed people off beucase I believe in a film that will do pretty good - what's wrong with that? Did you even READ what I wrote about Ex Machina in the past? My Predictions were it domestically grosses between $6-$8, thats potentially realisitic but its a prediction just like many people speculate on here on predicting if a film even gets green lit and made...WHAT'S SO BAD about some EXCITEMENT ON HERE as long as your not attacking someone? Ask the SciFi fund manager if he's mad at me after my kind words yestreday... AND DON'T CONDESCEND ME - when I post a link or something with substance don't come in and post a link to show I'm an amature and did a half a$$ job by posting info without the prood (link) - when in fact I did - that makes you questionable to not inspecting the posting by simply clicking a link to see what's inside... If you don't like me, than don't invite me to your league, that's fine - but telling me to dissapear and come back and disguise myself under a different name = NO I don't use pseudonyms to cover who I am...And if AntiBody tells me Hey Man you need to chil out or stop or do something I'll respect him as an administrator and listen to him but your telling me bogus stuff...Anyways, thanks for your open words (I fired back of course) and I sincerely wish you the best of LUCK ON HERE also cause we're in the same boat - on some films we clearly don't know the financial outcome of - If you don't want me in your league, that's ok, but I am valuable and have value cause I monitor news and check social media and try to keep my ear to the ground of what's going on!
anyways, not knowing the actual outcome of a films domestic gross is what makes it fun! If we knew the outcomes than what would be the point? there wouldn't be a rush on Mondays afternoon when the actuals come out! Till then, we're betting and with betting you can be wrong...as I can be, but THAT'S OK!
