Please just consider how much I've made in the last 12 hours via HSX games vs. trades...
Last night, after reading responses on this board to my post on this topic, I bought a lot of a MovieStock that was up incredibly for the day and was only a couple of dollars per share...I also noticed that there are far more buyers for this particular security than there are those shorting it.
But alas, as usual, everything on this site since last Summer has turned into short, short, SHORT! I log-in this morning to HSX and see that I am down five figures already, even though I didn't go all-in on that MovieStock worth only a couple of dollars per share at the time.
Since last Summer, I've grown a serious mistrust of the trends here on HSX and believe me...I've been on here daily observing the trades but limiting my own involvement so as to do what I've always done: Have my port only go UP!
Case-in-point: You can see from my profile I don't hold much...most of it now is in StudioFunds. But today I won Classic Cash and I received another H$10K each from playing Movie Mogul and Box Office Battle--not to mention the H$8K+ I receive daily in interest. So, I've made roughly H$80K today causing my port to go UP as opposed to losing money via risky trades due to the nature of trends here on HSX. It really doesn't take a genius to figure out which is the smarter move.
