OWs basically replace the old moviestock adjusts... they halt on friday.., but adjust/cashout on Mondays (like Call/Puts) - you are left up to your gutcheck, advanced screenings, critic reviews and tracking to play these (I personally pass on them).  This is oldschool HSX.

 

regular moviestocks now halt on Saturday night and adjust Sunday - Friday box office is usually reported on the web (and then posted on HSX Boards) late Friday night.  Saturday morning the box office numbers are reported on alot of movie news websites.  The HSX Dude usually includes the Friday box office numbers in the beginning of the weekly HSX Free Money Report on Saturday mornings.  The prices start correcting themselves slowly on Friday night, faster on Saturday morning and light speed Saturday afternoon to halt.

 

If you are a "light" player (dont use a lot of time to play) my best suggestion is to check out the HSX Boards late Friday night or early Saturday morning.

If you are looking to find the numbers on your own, I would suggest following THR, Variety, Deadline Hollywood on Twitter or with an RSS feeder (and then checking in late friday or early saturday).
