Diary of a Wimpy Kid 3: The Last Straw ( Need info )

I have been part of HSX for about a week and it has been overall enjoyable.  I have taken a few losses because i'm new though.   I was hoping someone could give me some information.  If you can answer any of these questions, it would be much appreciated.

When a movie is listed on HSX ( I.E. )  Diary of a Wimpy Kid 3: The Last Straw does that mean that this movie is guaranteed to be released or is it just there is a good chance it will eventually come out?  I am curious, because I have seen some movie with an IPO date of YEARS AND YEARS AGO, and they still haven't been released.  

Also, does anyone happen to remember the high share price for Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Roderick Rules?  My daughter is in love with these movies, and I was thinking about investing in part 3....but I was unable to find any information about it even filming.   Knowing Hollywood, I would assume if they can make money on it, they will release it.....but I couldn't find any information on whether it is filming or what. 

Does anyone know if the script has been written or how far along in the process they are.
