Ah, but...

... "The social network" is also so much about disappointment and repair, that "cynical, snarky and bitter" would not be among the first twenty adjectives I'd reach for to describe it.

But that said, the friends with whom I saw it hated it for the misogyny it depicted, which I think they took the film to embrace, endorse.
