This is what happens with most movies. The rare one might have an F CinemaScore and 0% on RT with a double-digit percentage giving it the lowest 1/10. If you just looked at posts on a board and the like though, there are always the haters and they can be vocal. One can get the wrong impression. I prefer evidence. :-)

Since Domestic box office will be below the Production Budget, a sequel is probably out of the question UNLESS foreign does > $60M and it does well in Blu-ray, VOD, etc. If enough people saw it that way, and there were a good enough script, another one might be worth it becauseof the potential upside of a long-term series. It's a longshot though.

This was actually an unrelated spec script Moscow that was rewritten into a Jack Ryan film. Die Hard 3 and 4 similarly were based on specs {nm} notfabio Jan 19, 13:02
