Does anyone remember Superman Returns opening huge Friday than dying on Saturday bc of WOM? Is that still likely or are the openings

Superman Returns opened Wednesday. It died thanks to Pirates 2 breaking the OW record a week later. It had done 85M in the first 5 days.

No opening is bulletproof from bad WOM. Not even HGAM4 or even STAR WARS movies. If it's bad, there'll be a rush to sound the alarm.

In my honest opinion--I see dissent among the fanboy ranks towards BvS, but nothing nearly so dire as Superman Returns's word of mouth.

OK, so Wednesday it is, but isn't that the film that opened great, projections were made off that opening, than it dropped 50% on Saturday?
