Delisting at price at time of death would also address the case of someone dying after OW while the stock is still active.
According to http://hsxsanity.blogspot.com/2012/10/what-happens-if-actor-with-starbond-dies.html there is a situation where an exception to the current rule can be made (see below). Now if the delist price is just the last market price at the official time of death then it is very easy to administer in all cases, even if the actor's latest movie is in release. Using the latest price would be simpler and more consistent along with the other benefits already mentioned.
