I think that is a stretch.
What I have always said is that they need to make the game harder to make money. More risk. That would bring more potential reward. I am the most casual player here, and i see maybe 10 movies a year in theaters. But, I have over $5 billion in my port. Why? Because I learned to play the game, play the players, etc. It's ridiculous.
