if cases mirror South Africa rise US could have 700,000 - 1 million cases ...per DAY. That will force shut downs as hospitals are already on the capacity brink at 100k cases per day already. Shut downs and remote learning...is looking very likely. Some US hospitals (missouri or Michigan somewhere) already have 25% dead in hospital who are double-vaxxed due to Delta. 2 dose no longer enough....most of the country is vulnerable and....it looks like it will be worse than last winter.
