As per low deaths its because more people are vaccinated now, not that it is "weaker", once it is the dominant strain then you will know how deadly it is, or not, you won't know that with 43 cases in the US. Hospitalizations up and excess deaths up in european countries that have it so.....most likely: it is about as deadly as Delta. (not more than, but...about the same.) And if something is as bad as something and..spreads 4x more that means...4x more deaths, 4x more ICU, 4x more everything...its 4x worse for everything. More transmissable but about as deadly...is actually worse to hospitals. It means 4x more people sick at once. Rather than ebola that is highly deadly..but barely gets anyone unless you touched thier saliva or something. Make sure you get boosted...nearly everyone who is not boosted will get this virus. Eventually. (currently 80% of the country...unless...stay at home returns which is highly likely.)
