I'm guessing a lot of non-diverse key production/behind the scenes crew (their usual crew they use from film to film) but still...

You can basically do carbon offset style credits to make up where you are short (i.e. underpresented training programs, etc) , but presumably Marvel didn't feel it was worthwhile.
