Could the release of the 'R'-rated Dead3 boost sales for non-'R'-rated films like Twisters, as underage buy tickets hoping to sneak in?

I understand that fines may apply to theatres if caught, but not sure how well enforced.
Perhaps insignificant compared to the number showing ID and being turned away.

Is there any evidence of this for other R-rated movies - perhaps Deadpool 1 or 2?
