... shows and movies fail, and why shows and movies succeed. Trying to pin liberalism or other isms doesn't work. Are there shows that worked? Loki seems to have been a huge success and that was on the back of a female gay writer/director with not much experience on paper.

Many streaming shows (Wire, Breaking Bad, Deadwood, Game of Thrones, etc. etc. etc.) are at least as good Mar 11, 10:00
