This movie is right up Screen Gems' alley. They made the ResEvil and Underworld movies and this series is a move in the Twilight direction.

That's disappointing to hear about Priest bc the trailer piqued my interest and I heard a number of "I want to see that"'s around me.  You're talking about it the way people talked about Beastly.

They probably pushed back production of Mortal Instruments to observe Priest BO performance.
