In 2001, when the "new" system was improvised, JPESC was not brough in due to inactivity at that time.  He has had only 2 films since then, and LVRNC would not have reactivated the StarBond.  At his age (67) it is unlikely that he will begin working enough to get re-IPO'd (JANDR ?  JFOND?) but one never know.
