Point 2: People are stupid
Ebert does not attempt to defend his assertion that point 1 is valid and correct. He assumes he is correct and that is enough. He then waxes poetic about the sheep who thought Romney was dressed nicely and conducted himself in a way where they discerned leadership qualities....unlike Obama who I guess did not.
The electorate by and large are stupid. They fell for a bumper sticker campaign in 2008. Most people do not follow campaigns or even....*gasp*....read the platforms any of the parties publish.
