Scream Queens was originally planned for 15 episodes but lower than expected ratings caused the order to be reduced to 13 episodes.
Scream Queens ened its season last night and should be cashing out at $13 on Monday.
Many players are part time players and/or do not pay attention to derrivative stocks. They invest long and just wait for big news.
Example... you are interested in TV Stocks but did not notice that on Monday each week I post an article at my website (The HSX Dude) that shows the TV Stock episode schedules and recaps the weekly news.

There is no chance for more Scream Queen episodes this season. The season was modeled after a limited series where we meet 14 main characters. Each episode 1 person is killed off until there is only 1 character left (spoiler... the last person alive is the killer). Scream Queens finished its season last night so all the main characters are dead except 1 or 2 (the killer and the person who discovers the killer? I dont know, I didnt watch the show).
The original plan was for the last few alive characters to go on to season 2 with a new group of characters in a new setting where each episode one character is killed... etc...
