My belief: Man is responsible for himself. How he turns out is a total of all choices he has made to that point, he can make any new changes he wishes at any time. He has the freedom and rights to do as he wishes. His rights stop when the rights of another are limited.
What I've gotten for a common belief of the other group, is they have "Rights" that cause other people to do stuff for them at the point of a gun, such as healthcare. (via government and taxes).
However, I'm not very well versed, I find myself mostly aligned with Milton Friedman with some reservations.
