Some research says much of it falls on labour (lower wages paid by the company) and other research says it falls on capital (less money invested in facilities and equipment, lower dividends to shareholders). Factors such as competition make it difficult for companies to pass the burden of taxes entirely on to consumers. But yes, it gets passed on.

Of course that doesn't mean there should be no corporate tax. If there weren't, every individual who could would corporatise themselves for tax minimization purposes.
