Michigan eh? Well I don't have an explanation for it but from what I remember from driving thru that region
that's just the way they drive there in that part of the country. Dunno why but they just need to cuddle up close. Must be those cold winters. New Yorkers start honking at a green before the light actually changes to green, Floridians take left turns without slowing, signalling or checking for oncoming traffic, Michigan and Wisconsin consider the speed signs to be "minimum speed" and tailgate.
