Sometimes we don't know the answers yet, or our answers change, daily and weekly. We like to keep out ever changing decision process private and our options open. Something rejected could be reconsidered, something considered could become rejected. So we don't want to be committed to an answer, when we could still change our mind without it used against us like some of you like to do.
