By Example I was ranked more or less 2170 before update and 1470 afterwards. So 700 (32%) ports were elimited from the first 2170. I assume that percentage is larger for smaller ports wich match with what you said. It explans why my percentile went down form 99 to 92 although the loss of 32 percents of ports above me.
