I do agree on that
I do agree that a delist commish will make me think more about holding to delist. But not forever. Right now, I hold everything to delist, but that's mostly because I can afford to - I own almost every security on the exchange (except TV stocks). Before the increase to 75K, I had H$900 million in cash, so selling post-adjust was not an issue. Right now, I'm down to about H$300 million cash, and I expect I will run out of cash when the limit is increased to 100K. So, for a while, I will have to think about whether or not I want to hold stocks to delist. But as soon as I own the max of everything again, I'll probably hold everything to delist, because, for most securities, it generally isn't worth my time to think about whether or not it's worth it to drop a stock before delist.
