Formerly titled Big Monster on Campus, Regent Entertainment's Teen Monster follows a gifted student who creates a Frankenstein-like teenager.
The film, which has reportedly been in post-production since late 1998, features TV stars Matthew Lawrence of Boy Meets World and Ryan Reynolds of Two Guys, a Girl, and a Pizza Place.
Judge Reinhold and Shelley DuVall also appear in the film.
Mitch Marcus, whose previous effort was 1995's A Boy Called Hate, is the director.
