Here's my analysis of PLAYF...

Only wide release this weekend, 2700 theater count, and a mild PG-13 rating... It certainly isnt tracking very high, but then again, it's been slow for the past couple of weeks and I feel the lack of new releases these past two weeks, particularly comedy wise, might benefit this rom-com more than anticipated... Because its the only new wide release for the second week in a row, because it has a broad audience, because its the only comedy out there and because I dont believe it can possibly do any worst than last week's r-rated "Killing them softly" with almost 300 screens more, I think this one could actually do decent business this weekend... Somewhere in the 8-10M range, in my humble opinion... what are your thoughts???
