... for Francois Truffaut, who mainly spoke French in the original film, and Bob Baliban's character would translate for him. The effect was in the dubbed version, Truffaut's character became someone who needed everything to be explained or said twice, and no one understood him when he spoke.

Here in Spain they're showing the original version. They also show a so-called dubbed versión with the very few not-sung Dec 26, 00:44
