This is not news about TEMER... this is CONJECTURE that one of those may be the movies he's obligated to do.
Optioning the rights to a book does not constitute any sort of obligation to make the movie... it just means Jackson has the rights to make it. He has said nothing about this project as recently as last July when he was at Comic-Con.
