Actually, [PJACK] has talked about [TEMER] more recently than last July...
He mentions it in this interview:

He says he sees 2010 as the year to make progress on [TEMER] and other projects. But he also explicitly mentions that he envisions this project as a large budget mini-series, not necessarily as a feature movie.
