A very confused Jeff910 here.
So I'm not exactly sure what's going on, but it appears that HSX support was able to restore my account. (Thanks so much for that!) However, I'm not able to actually log in because the password reset isn't working for me and -- this is the most confusing part -- since last night I keep periodically finding myself logged in as Thevin101. So seems like some wires are still getting crossed somewhere.
Also, if you're out there, apologies to the real Thevin101 for posting this from your account. I tried creating a temporary account of my own to post but got an error saying that the account was "not currently enabled to post to the forums", so I guess there must be a waiting period or something. In any case, I promise not to make any trades or mess with your account in any way!
