filing the petition is a long way from having any Chap 11 plan approved. that said, companies don’t go BK lightly

if they were genuinely insolvent, they and their lawyers would be smart enough to file Ch 7. there could be negotiations or discussions with third-party interests to form an approvable reorg plan that the public isn't privy to
