An official clarification here will be nice. JKSIM seems funny. For what I was explained TAG is calculated using total box office not delist Box Office (except perhaps for the last movie which gonna be delist box office since the delist date is an arbitrary 4 or 12 weekends in most cases and the movie may be still be playing somewhere). This guys has its five movies so no problem there.
The current price as i write this is 65.78 so if you drop Spiderman and replace with either Post Grad (IMDB has him as a cast member and someone said is not a cameo or any other movie such as "EXTRC" as long as that movie delist less than 49M you should make a profit shorting this).
Why I don't get is why its HSX tag is 108,375,685 when it should be $123,186,344 assuming Total gross box office is used (which again I was told it was the rule). Interesting is that if you take the average (divided by 5) of the first 3 full gross box office movies you get 108M or if you use the delist box office of all 5 then you get $104M. Proget Genome has it with a Tag of $94 and and a possible profit of 32 by holding long. In short seems weird.
