You forget about a little thing called "Free will"

Such a thing that in your given book that you like to preach as gospel is given to you by God. If God gives you free will to choose to be homosexual, that is God giving you that right and that choice.

And your intolerance argument at the end is just turning it back on me. I'm not intolerant of your views. I know your views. I don't expect you to change. But there is a thing called compassion. A thing called equal rights for all humans, until you break a law. Homosexuality is not a law to be broken. Sorry.

Remember, you're in another country, and our country was founded to be lead by the constitution, not a book that has been lost in translation over the years. Have you read the book "Misquoting Jesus"? It goes into detail how through the many translations from the original texts, things have been lost and changed to fix someone's agenda. Just like you claim with the mainstream media.

Giving someone faith and hope is an agenda. Putting the fear of hell into people is an agenda to live a morally acceptable life. I don't need a book or anything to live that way. I do. It isn't a choice, it just happens. I've never struggled with those bad analogies that you've used in multiple posts. I've never thought of stealing. I've never thought of men in sexual ways considering I'm attracted to girls, but the thought of gays having sex doesn't repulse me. Being intimate is one of the greatest things one can do and share, and the end result isn't a child, it's sharing pleasure in one's company.

You can respond all you want, but I'm done. The argument will continually go in a circle and neither one of us will "win", which isn't my point in this. My point is, be compassionate. You don't agree or believe in something, that is your choice. Your free will given to you by your God. You choose what you want to believe and follow. I want to follow a life of compassion (just like Jesus) for all humans out there. Sure, those who rape and murder lose the compassion because they chose to harm someone else, but choosing to love someone is not causing harm...

Good luck with your screenwriting career. Even though I left the door open to ask further questions, you never took that, but it's all good. It's tough to break in, just make sure you don't piss off the wrong people. Since most media tends to have a liberal bias, there's room for a more conservative approach to storytelling as many films have proven.
