That Broker Box doesn't stick well in Firefox. It sticks fine in Explorer I think. Could we get max as a default and could the buttons just
be there and not in a pull down menu? Honestly, to trade Star Bonds for instance, I open two windows, one to look at the calendar and click on the bonds and one on the "Advanced Trader" window which is easier than the trader box. And this is easier than having to go to the end of the line to trade from that button down there or to use the bond page trader I think because of load times. (I don't have those lovely ads blocked yet ;-).
The pull down trade box and then subsequent pull down Buy, Sell, Short, Cover menu make clumsy trading tools.
Other than speed reset trading (oops speed is no longer needed for reset trading as that is pretty low in movement quantity right now (YAY!).), the other practical reasons to quicken the trading process and make it more "one-touch" are when there is plenty of news, star bond adjust day, Oscar Option Day, Clean The Port Day, Summer Warrant Days, etc. etc. Sometimes it isn't just about the silly Saturday 1pm commish free sell off. While speeding up the trade process does enable the Sat 1pm traders to benefit, it also makes the other massive buying or selling easier that is needed when the bond list is 20 - 30 stars long or options that everyone buys in bulk come along.
But to be able to long in, see someone posted three stock stories and be able to be on and off in under a minute really is beneficial.

I still haven't seen HSX staff address the default "max" issue. Such an easy fix, and people are screaming for it {nm} Aug 18, 19:20
