It doesn't matter what I'm used to, I've already adapted. It's more a matter of what's the best broker box for the game, for everyone's use.
The one under the navbar is a one-use box that disappears after each trade. Not very useful, especially when you want to reverse stocks and/or make multiple trades.
Also, it's not practical to go to a security's page for each trade. Sure, it's fine when I'm doing starbonds after adjust, but it's certainly not when I'm cleaning my port each night. That would take forever. I'm big on efficiency, not wasting my time.
A decent broker box on any other page would definitely load faster going back than it takes to reload my port. I get the impression you don't want to give us another box (or maybe can't), but we need something practical and efficient for trading. I think you're close with the advanced broker, because we can open it in a separate window, but it really needs max as default and/or a memory longer than 2 trades. (I'd also get rid of the pulldown trading menu and use buttons, but that's more for ease of use) Are the first two even possibilities? Because I think tweaking the advanced broker and making it more user friendly might stem a lot of the complaints. I know I'd be happier.
(and this is the second freakin' time I've had to rewrite my posts because of the stupid session time-out. The first versions are always better!
