Loss 25% on a stock that hasn't started trading yet.

So SPID6.CA just IPO'd and hasn't started trading yet. Can someone please explain how I just purchased the stock, went to buy another stock, came back to my portfolio to see SPID6.CA has already lost 25% of it's stock value and it hasn't even started trading yet? What happened???
