fees added to trade popup in latest release

I added a little 'details' section on the trade popup which exposes the fees.

The trade popup happens when you submit the trade - but the trade is executed later by the Virtual Specialist (within 2 min). Until the Virtual Specialist runs, your portfolio doesn't update, and therefore I can't show any post-trade info on that popup.

I would like to do a 2-state popup: order submitted, trade filled (which would be able to show post-trade portfolio updates)... but that second step is a lot of work so not sure if I will be able to do that.
