Rookie Question re IPOs

Just watching an IPO (LROJM). The IPO price is $2. There's 1.8mm long vs 20mm + short. But when it opened for trading it moved up 0.15.

Surely supply / demand economics suggest pressure on the price to pretty much collapse? What am I missing?
