Perhaps??? " no new funds" means that they are not considering any funds with new concepts/themes BUT I would be SHOCKED
if there was any problem at all with Mr Binns resuming his EXCEPTIONAL performing bond fund whenever he is ready and willing. And another observer has commented on this page about the imminent restart of SciFi. (See Market Calendar for futher detail.) Prospects for other funds may be more problematic.
