if you wait until cash out... you pay no commission and keep all your profits
if you cash out now (and pay commission to dump)... then you have cash available to invest other places
This is something you have to learn to gauge for your own port for your own trading style. Different players have different styles of playing and asking a question like this... all the responses you get will only be what each trader feels is best for their own playing style and their own port and their responses will have nothing to do with what is best for your trading style and your port.
The best answer I can offer you is "Where will your money make the most money?"
If you feel that you could make more money by cashing out and investing your money somewhere else then that is a really cool course to take.
If you really dont need some free (available) cash then holding until delist can work to your advantage (by cashing out without being charged commission).
