I disagree. I think a good comedian knows exactly which boundaries they are crossing, and how to do so in a funny way. But not everyone's a
good comedian. (I think your Nicole Kidman joke was funny, FWIW)
Also, I think that more mocking is more likely to result in people demanding better plastic surgery, rather than less of it.
