But Top Critics are at 9 or 18 or 50/50

It's not very common that the Top Critics are out of sync with the General Critics. They're normally a bit out of sync with the audiance, but that's because audiances suffer from selection bias where critics have to see it for their job. This is a sign that someone, or some thing is activly manipulating one of the two. If somone who was capable of surpressing top critics to make them more negative why wouldn't they do the same to the general critics as it's harder to figure out they arn't even close. It's also possible, and more likely, that general less professional critics are being swayed by the public opinion, and are giving false reviews where the top crics are not. For the life of me I can't reason a reason for top critics to care about public opinion enough to give a false review in this way, but it could be that all the top critics are just those sexist haters who jumped on the band wagon originally to hate it, but if that's possible it's also possible that the general critics are doing much the same thing to avoid being lumped in with the "sexist" haters. I'm just more inclined to believe the top critics actually just don't care what the general audiance thinks, and are more likely to give your their own honest openion than others.
