where is this mystical "elsewhere" to which you refer? We have roughly a billion with no place to go after extensive port grooming (after a two-year respite, there was plenty of pruning indicated).
Also, with respect IELBA, the next two departures from TAG seem like big ones. And wouldn't commissions wipe out the dimes in vestigial TAG? We still see short (anticipating Molly's Game) as the long-term hold for a substantial portfolio, but are open to education.
