guide. National disasters always are handled by a Federal response. Or...do you remember the states response to WWII differently? Or the states' response during the last financial crisis? We have a president who practices accountability distancing. He always has. He has settled in court...paid off complainants...gone bankrupt...gone to court with creditors...he has never said, "I was wrong." ever. He is a CEO/Owner/reality TV performer that does not know how to work as a team nor does he know how to work with opposition. Those are required for a politician. The government is not a business. It is a support structure to maintain order.

Why does Florida need FEMA help anytime a hurricane hits? It should be prepared. Florida knows it will be hit several times a decade. Why ask for federal money and support?  That is your argument. This has been the argument since this country's exception...to some a strong federal government means a monarchy type of system where states lose their rights. To some a strong federal government means we are safer from other countries and national disasters. There is a balance and we should swing back to the middle in November.
